Edinburghs Hogmanay firework display was amazing last night - (too busy watching to photograph ooops) absolutely stunning show

Then this morning it was lovely to see this early camellia in bloom and shoots pushing through the ground already - spring flowers are on their way 😊

World Gin Day yesterday - I did my utmost to get into the spirit ( 🙄).

It did prompt a quick pic on stories of the flagon of gin consumed on our recent trip overseas - couldn’t resist the bottle ( nor its contents one of my absolute favs- others are available ) - many questions about the great little adaptors which fit into the top of a bottle then all you need to do is add a shade of your choice .
